    Using epoxy/polyamide system, the mixed complex have has long pot life, ambient cure, low volatility, almost no toxicity, and least irritant to skin. The mixed complex can be formulated with a wide range. The toughness and flexibility will be improved while increasing the amount of the polyamide, and the heat distortion temperature, chemical resistance and hardness will be improved while the amount of the epoxy resin is increased.

 When used in adhesive, the polyamide also works as a flexibilizer, and it has many characteristics, such as good toughness and flexibility, good compressive resistance and pull resistance, low contraction percentage, good size stability and excellent electrical property, so it also be used in electrical casting and encapsulation.

When used in epoxy emulsion coatings, polyamide has excellent pigment and substrate wetting, good emulsion dispersivity and film forming properties, good adhesive, good water and chemical resistance.

When used in maintenance and marine coatings, polyamide has good film resiliency, corrosion resistance, and it can be cured on wet surface of steel and concrete,

  Epoxy/polyamide system can be cured almost in 24 hours, it will get best conformance after 72 hours. The system cures slowly in room temperature. Heightening curing temperature can improve curing speed and toughness, and adding 1 to 5 percents DMP-30 can expedite the curing speed.
